Dual Enrollment

Seneca Highlands CTC students can earn college credits through Pennsylvania College of Technology while also meeting their high school graduation requirements. Penn College is a nationally-accredited dual enrollment provider.

Each dual-enrollment course at the CTC is an actual Penn College course, taught by our CTC teachers, and offered at zero tuition to families. (Students may still need to pay for books or material costs, though in previous years area businesses have graciously covered those costs for our students.) That’s like a $598+ scholarship for every credit earned!

Eligibility

Students must be enrolled in the CTC program to earn dual credit through our articulation agreement with Penn State. All students in grades 10 through 12 who have earned at least a B or C average at their high school (depending upon the course) may apply. If you have questions about your eligibility, please contact us. We’d be happy to go over your transcript with you.

Thank You, Community Partners!

We would like to thank our community partners for supporting CTC programming and the students in our school. Their desire to support educational excellence and create employable workers does not go unnoticed. Thanks to their generosity, we are able to offer additional dual-credit opportunities as well as the necessary tools, equipment, and technology resources for students to participate free of charge. We sincerely thank the following community partners:
