Seneca Highlands CTC's Student of the Week

The student of the week for health assistance is Alexis Morgan. She is an exemplary student who demonstrates a high level of integrity. Academically, she maintains very high grades in her health assistant class. Her assistance to other students in the lab setting is also admirable. In clinical settings, Alexis is always professional and performs her job very well.

Alexis is a junior at Kane High School. This is her second year in health assistance. She recently passed her nurse aide state test. Lexi has earned other certifications including OSHA-10, BLS, and Stop the Bleed. Her plans for her future after high school are still somewhat undecided; however, she is off to a great start by completing the dual enrollment class in medical terminology and in anatomy and physiology. Next year she is hoping to complete the general psychology course as well.

Outside of school Lexi demonstrates her hard work through her long-time involvement in cheerleading and in her job working at the Lutheran Home in Kane.
